It's a great album actually. In fact, in the two years after I bought it, there wasn't a week where I didn't listen to it at least once. It's a fantastic mix of bouncy sing along stuff, darkly comic songs, whimsical ballads and bitter, yet strangely optimistic spoken word. I can't recommend it highly enough. A Guide For The Daylight Hours is worth getting too, but it doesn't have the same quantity of memorable tracks.
Ballboy are playing at the Liquid Rooms on May 13th as part of Tigerfest, but you probably already knew that. I'm hoping to go if I can figure out how to get tickets.
